On January 16, 2021 PT Pelayaran Sumber Karya Samudera had launching ceremony of “Sumber Samudera 03”. The launching ceremony took place in Batam at BBS.

The launch of a ship is celebrated with great pomp and splendour. It is one of the most important milestones in the lifecycle of a ship and the launch itself is carried out ceremoniously while upholding traditions and amongst a crowd of owners, manufacturers and well wishers.

The ship naming and launching ceremony had a meaning where it had brought good fortune and safety to the new ship, its crew, and passengers.

Launching Ceremony Of Sumber Samudera 02

on March 3, 2020 PT Pelayaran Sumber Karya Samudera had launching ceremony of “Sumber Samudera 02”. The launching ceremony took place in Batam at BBS.

A launching ceremony is the formal custom that celebrates a boat being transferred from land to water for the first time. It is an important naval tradition that’s both a public celebration and a way of blessing the ship and its crew in an attempt to bring it good fortune on its voyages.

Launching ceremony of Superstar 3

On January 15, 2021 PT Pelayaran Sumber Karya Samudera had launched a brand-new tugboat ship, “Superstar 3”. The grand launching ceremony took place in samarinda at the Pelayaran Sumber Karya Samudera shipyard. The ship’s launching ceremony became a real festival for the employees of the company. The ship “Superstar 3” is the best one in the product line of the Pelayaran Sumber Karya Samudera company.
